The location was absolutely perfect. Walkable to many restaurants and the malecon. The pool was nice and big and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a plumbing issue which was resolved within 30 minutes so no complains there. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Our room was large, we had a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a couch, TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Swimming pool and outdoor area was very nice. Food was good.

It is well located, next to the beach, it has a lot of facilities if it is what are you looking for. The staff was helpful and nice. For Mazatlan I believe it’s one of the best places to stay when it comes to value for the price.

Beautiful outdoors and indoors. Amazing pools and right on the ocean. The rooms were clean and had working ac. Smart tvs to connect streaming apps. The staff was unbelievably helpful with all our luggage and other needs.
